Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, modifiers, and carrying cases.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's functionality and contents, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
